1 Introduction

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. 4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different devices, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 4.3 Account Security Obligations

Your actual account balance, minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, and transaction values are denominated in the currency selected or assigned at registration. 5 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all registered Users as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. The Operator will never ask you to share login credentials via email or chat.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits — including payments made using accounts, cards or wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method or jurisdiction.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only and cannot be claimed by or transferred to third parties.
• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are used only after real-money funds in your account have been depleted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

A breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the Platform, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 3no777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of the Operator or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, services and features therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not warrant that:

• Any defects or errors in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe;
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware or other harmful components;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, whether statutory, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11 Limitation of Liability
